"The Audit of Human Resource Data Integrity has been conducted as part of Correctional Service Canada’s (CSC) Internal Audit Branch (IAB) 2009-2012 revised Risk-based Audit Plan. CSC identified the area as one requiring examination due to concerns expressed by senior staff relating to the quality of data used to support human resource (HR) planning, decision-making and monitoring of results"--Executive Summary, page 4.
