"French speakers in Ontario’s agriculture and agri-food industries have unique characteristics and specific needs as an official language minority. This report provides an overview of farms whose main operator is French-speaking and of French-language workers in the agriculture and agri-food industries. It also shows how the social, economic and linguistic profile of these workers changed between 2006 and 2016. It is a follow-up to the portrait of French language workers in Ontario’s agriculture and agri-food industries published in 2017"--Introduction, page 6.
