Evaluation of Joint and Common Forces Readiness.: D2-547/2017E-PDF

"This report presents the results of the Evaluation of the Department of National Defence (DND) Joint and Common Force Readiness (JCFR) Program. The evaluation examined the relevance and performance of this program over the period of 2010 to 2015, and it was conducted in accordance with the 2009 Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (TBS) Policy on Evaluation. This program has not been previously evaluated in its entirety; however, components of the program have been included in previous evaluations"--Executive summary, page iii.
