"Canada’s wheat classes are a critical part of the grain quality assurance system. As a follow-up to changes made to the Canadian wheat class system launched in 2016, and in response to stakeholder requests for more flexibility in Canada’s eastern wheat classes, the Canadian Grain Commission is proposing to introduce a new eastern wheat class"--Page 4.
