"The Molson Companies Limited (Molson) is composed of a number of Canadian firms and foreign businesses operating in Canada, the United States, England and New Zealand. Most of the business is carried on in Canada, and foreign operations made up only about 2.7% of last year's total consolidated sales. In 1970, an estimated 12.1% of sales were made outside the country. Basically, beer is the only product that Molson exports from Canada. All other sales abroad are of goods that are also manufactured outside the country"--Introduction, page 1.
