"Non-point source pollution was characterized and assessed for the Red River Valley in southern Manitoba from the spring of 1976 through the fall of 1978. Water quantity and quality transported from experimental plots which had received large quantities of swine manure were monitored. The runoff from both snowmelt and rainfall events was measured during the conduct of the study"--Abstract.
