The Fraser River Delta : a review of historic sounding charts / prepared by Ian Stewart, Bruno Tassone.: En37-272/1989E-PDF

"Sounding charts of the Fraser River Delta were reviewed in response to concern that the dredging program carried out by Public Works Canada is affecting delta growth. Sixteen sounding charts were adjusted to a common scale and separated into 5 time-series groups. The 10-metre and 90-metre below datum contours were overlaid to provide a visual indication of delta growth. Profiles, plotted from 6 radial lines drawn at intervals along the delta, provided a more detailed perspective"--Abstract, page ii.
