"The objective of this mid-term evaluation was to examine the design and delivery of the Fellowship program to find out if the program was on track to achieve its expected results. The evaluation covered the program’s design and delivery activities since its inception in 2018. Lessons learned from the evaluation are intended to help inform program design and delivery adjustments and improvements, and contribute to broader Government of Canada recruitment efforts"--Evaluation objective, page 3.
