"Although there have been changes in the Departmental mission in recent years, the basic skills and characteristics required by sector specialists to fulfill their missions have not changed significantly in two decades. The role described in CO2 and CO3 job descriptions remains valid and it is the conclusion of this study that the qualifications required to perform the sector specialist function will be relatively unchanged in DIST"--page 3.
