"The objective of this report is to provide a summary of the data submitted by industry in 2020 for the 2019 calendar year as recommended in the Code of Practice for the Reduction of Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) Emissions from Cutback and Emulsified Asphalt (the Code). This is the second progress report following the publication of the Code in 2017. As such, results from the first progress report, covering 2017 activities, are compared to the 2019 data to assess the progress made in meeting the Code’sobjectives"--Introduction, page 1.
