More specifically, it examines programs utilized by Indians and Métis which are carried out under: the Agricultural and Rural Development Act (ARDA); Prairie Farm Rehabilitation Administration (PFRA); NewStart; Fund for Rural Economic Development (FRED); operation of the Regional Development Incentives Act (RDIA) .
