"Overall, the findings of this report suggest that First Nations communities in Canada continue to make encouraging progress in the socio-economic outcomes represented by their CWB scores, notably in the areas of education and income. However, significant CWB gaps remain to be observed between these communities and their non-Indigenous counterparts in the areas of labour and housing"--Page 3.
