Next, we provide some definitions of key terms and an overview of our methodology. Following this, we present our findings on research conducted on the functionality, features, services, regulations, and funding of VRS provided in other countries. This report concludes with a summary of key findings highlighting the similarities and differences between the Canadian VRS and the international VRS explored during this research"--page 6.
