"The Canada Centre for Mapping and Earth Observation (CCMEO) has developed an automated system for generating standard and advanced deformation products and change detection from Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) data acquired by RADARSAT-2 and RADARSAT Constellation Mission (RCM) satellites using Differential Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar (DInSAR) processing methodology. This system is designed for, and can only be accessed by, Government of Canada employees"--Introduction, page 2.
