"Forecasts of the marine survival rate and ocean distribution of Strait of Georgia coho and the abundance of coho in the WCVI troll fishery are required for managing the 1997 southern British Columbia coho salmon fishery. Forecasts were first provided through PSARC for the 1996 season (PSARC Working Paper S96-11. This paper presents 1997 forecasts using similar methodologies used in 1996"--Introduction.
