"This report investigates the geometry, hydraulics and operational needs with respect to containing oil spills in the Detroit and St. Clair Rivers. The studies indicate that only a few locations may be suitable to trap oil. Consequently, hydrographic and current surveys may only be required at certain locations"--Abstract.
