"This study presents training statistics on selected sectors of the Canadian economy and on key occupations relevant to these sectors. It is based on the Statistics Canada Adult Education and Training Survey (AETS) for 1997 and 1993. The five sectors include: aerospace, automotive, information and telecommunications technologies, bio-pharmaceuticals and bio-technologies in agriculture, aquaculture and forestry; and environmental technologies"--Objective of study.
