Discussion paper on the implementation of the WIPO Copyright Treaty / prepared by Johanne Daniel and Lesley Ellen Harris.: Iu122-4/1998E-PDF
"The purpose of this paper is to state what, if any, amendments are necessary to the Canadian Copyright Act in order to comply with the WIPO Copyright Treaty. Options that could be considered in terms of actual amendments are proposed, where appropriate. These options are stated in conceptual rather than statutory language. They indicate possible approaches as opposed to precise legislative wording."
