"Water samples containing elevated concentrations of cyanide and thiocyanate were investigated for the presence of cyanide degrading bacteria. Several bacterial colonial types were found that could degrade cyanide and this degradation was enhanced by presence of carbon and nitrogen co-metabolites"--Abstract.
