Evaluation of the potential housing demand projection model : population projection component / prepared for: Research Division; Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation; prepared by: Dr. Neil C. Field.: NH15-893/1993E-PDF
"This report evaluates the CMHC Potential Housing Demand (PHD) Projection Model, with a particular focus on the initial segment of the model which is used to generate population projections on a yearly basis for a 25-year period. Subsequent segments of the model convert the projected population values into forecasted housing demand. Potential refinements to the population projection methodology are suggested, as well as a number of additions to the associated output tables"--Abstract.
