An analysis of funding requests made to CMHC by Canadian Organization of Public Housing Tenants; Community Planning Association of Canada; Institute for Urban Studies; Canadian Housing Design Council. Framework developed for this analysis & recommendations was used for each funding proposal reviewed. Recommends structure through which these organizations can be monitored; to be developed in Phase II.
