"The purpose of the Pharmacy Standards of Practice for the First Nations and Inuit Health Branch (FNIHB) Health Facilities is to outline the minimal requirements for the safe and effective provision of pharmacy services to clients in First Nations communities, serviced by First Nations and Inuit Health Branch. Pharmacy services are provided by nurses/pharmacists working in these settings. These Standards attempt to address the uniqueness of practice in the FNIHB health facilities, often influenced by their remote locations"--Page 1.
