"These guidelines set out the general approach of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (Tribunal) regarding the conduct of both a preliminary injury inquiry and a final injury inquiry, under the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA). 1 These guidelines concentrate on the roles and responsibilities of the Tribunal in an injury inquiry, and provide an overview of the key milestones in a dumping and/or subsidizing investigation conducted by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA)"--Introduction, page [1].
