"Travellers entering Canada must follow the rules set out by the Emergency Orders under the Quarantine Act and Interim Orders under the Canada Shipping Act to help reduce the spread of COVID-19 and its variants. These measures also apply to those joining vessels from within Canada that will go into international waters"--Page [1].
