Oceans protection plan : Coastal Environmental Baseline Program.: Fs23-670/2022E-PDF

"Fisheries and Oceans Canada established the Coastal Environmental Baseline Program, or the Baseline Program, in 2017. This program is one of a number of initiatives created under the 'Protecting the Marine Environment' pillar of the Government of Canada’s Oceans Protection Plan.
