Summary of the 2021 hard bottom longline inside surveys in British Columbia / by Daniel C. Williams and Dana R. Haggarty.: Fs97-4/3245E-PDF

"Hard bottom longline surveys in the inside waters of British Columbia were conducted on the Canadian Coast Guard Ship Neocaligus between August 6 to 25 and September 7 to 27, 2021. This survey series was started in 2003 and has alternated between a North and South geographical region annually. As the 2020 survey was cancelled due to COVID-19 pandemic impacts, both regions were surveyed in 2021. Survey objectives were to collect data for fishery-independent abundance indices of rockfish (Sebastes genus) species. Information on incidental species caught and oceanographic conditions were also collected"--Abstract, page v.
