"Racism is a key determinant of health and well-being. Racism influences access to health promoting resources. Populations who are racialized in relation to a "white" or non-racialized social group experience stressors including inter-personal and systemic discrimination throughout the life course. Here we describe a snapshot of social and health inequalities for racialized populations from diverse cultural and racial backgrounds."
