Forging ahead during the pandemic : how selected service industries bounced back in 2021 / by Marie-Christine Bernard, Vivian Lin, Shannon O'Brien and Marie-Élisabeth Pires.: CS11-621/128E-PDF
"In 2020, the first year of the COVID-19 pandemic, several service industries in Canada suffered large financial setbacks despite government support programs. The pandemic led to many changes in the Canadian economy, including remote work and new ways of reaching customers and producing services.
