"For the winters of 2020-21 and 2021-22, Transport Canada (TC) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) tasked APS Aviation Inc. (APS) to conduct natural snow comparison testing. This was done to determine fluid specific holdover times (HOTs) which will be used as a means of comparison with both the next generation National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR) and the Anti-Icing Materials International Laboratory (AMIL) artificial snow machines"--Abstract, page v (first section).
