"This report describes a direct method for the numerical solution of large complex systems of linear equations, given by Ax=b, where the coefficient matrix A is non-sparse, Hermitian and positive definite. This algorithm was developed and implemented for CRC by Atlantis Scientific in support of the Radar Research Lab's (RRL) work on clutter suppression in space based radar studies"--Abstract, page 1.
