"This report gives an account of a study of some of the more dominant meteorological conditions existing on the Sable Island to Halifax path compared with path-loss measurements on this path. The study pertains to the entire year 1985, and the data is virtually complete, with relatively few gaps. The report does not incorporate any previous observations on this same topic (e.g. our report for 1984-5)"--Preface, page ii.
