"This evaluation examined Canada's diplomacy, trade, and development coherence in the Latin American and the Caribbean (LAC) region during the period from 2013-14 to 2019-20. The evaluation is part of the Five Year Departmental Evaluation Plan, and is the second in a planned suite of geographic branch evaluations of diplomacy, trade, and development coherence. This report presents the evaluation findings, conclusions and recommendations. Considerations to foster horizontal learning across the department are also included"--Executive summary, page 4.
