"We found no significant deficiencies in the corporate management practices or in the management of operations and the organizational and digital transformation of the Royal Canadian Mint during the period covered by the audit. However, we found that improvement was needed in the areas of corporate risk management, the environment and sustainable development, information security, and human resource management, as well as in systems and practices related to the corporation’s organizational and digital transformation. Despite these weaknesses, the corporation reasonably maintained the systems and practices that we examined to carry out its mandate"--Audit Summary, page 1.
