"This Applicant Guide has been developed to assist applicants in completing and submitting their application to the second intake of the Output-Based Pricing System (OBPS) Proceeds Fund Decarbonization Incentive Program (DIP) stream. This Guide outlines key program requirements, including eligibility criteria for applicants and projects, merit criteria for project selection and mandatory documentation.
