"Nahanni National Park is located in a unique setting about 130 km southwest of Fort Simpson, N.W.T. This climate study attempts to describe the strengths and limitations of the climate relative to the purposes of the Park. The study emphasizes the impact of climate on access, the quality of the climate both for tourism and outdoor recreation in general and for individual activities and activity groupings, and the impact of the climate on construction and park management"--Summary, page ii.
