It provides an overview of the technical procedures for flood delineation studies and is intended to assist those agencies in contracting the work or conducting the work itself. ... This document provides a summary of the current technical practices used by practitioners of flood delineation in Canada. Officials at the provincial, territorial, and municipal levels of government and Indigenous communities may use this document to assist in scoping the work and ensuring that practitioners follow recognized and accepted practices.
