The Heiltsuk Intertidal Clam Commercial Harvest Plan is attached as Appendix 1 to this JMP. Commercial harvesters are advised to review the attachments for harvest information. Annually the appendices to this plan will be updated in consultation with the Heiltsuk Tribal Council"--Introduction, page 5.
