"The Pacific Region Heiltsuk Tribal Council/Fisheries and Oceans Canada Intertidal Clam Joint Management Plan (JMP) encompasses the period of December 20, 2023 to November 14, 2025. The Heiltsuk Intertidal Clam Commercial Harvest Plan is attached as Appendix 1 to this JMP. Commercial harvesters are advised to review the attachments for harvest information. Annually the appendices to this plan will be updated in consultation with the Heiltsuk Tribal Council"--Introduction, page 5.
