"Over the past decade, educational attainment among the Indigenous population has improved, particularly among Indigenous women. Recent data from the 2021 Census show continued improvements in the proportion of First Nations people, Métis and Inuit who had completed high school, as well as those who had attained a bachelor’s degree or higher, compared with 2016 ... This article uses data from the 2021 Census of Population to report on postsecondary educational attainment among Indigenous adults aged 25 to 64 years, including changes in educational attainment since 2016 ...
