"One of the main objectives of the Biodiversity section of the St. Lawrence Action Plan III is to quantify the impact of water level fluctuations on the river ecosystem. This document provides some necessary bases for the modeling of the river reach between Montréal and Trois-Rivières. The objectives of this report are to: 1) document the hydrology and the climate in the reach to prepare the physical modeling of the system, and 2) produce a limited number of reference events representative of the system's complexity"--Introduction.
