FoodNet Canada : 2019 integrated findings report.: HP40-350/2019E-PDF
"FoodNet Canada (FNC), the integrated sentinel site surveillance network for enteric disease in Canada, conducts continuous and episodic surveillance activities in four sentinel sites by collecting information on human cases of enteric disease and levels of pathogen exposure from food, animal, and water sources. This report summarizes 2019 data, as well as integrated surveillance findings from 2015 to 2019, with a focus on how enteric pathogen trends impact public health. It also expands on surveillance trends in enteric disease rates, as well as trends in the prevalence of these pathogens found on potential food, animal, and water sources as reported in the FoodNet Canada Tables and Figures 2019 Report"--page 5.
