"Infrastructure Canada's New Building Canada Fund (NBCF) is one component of the Government of Canada's $53-billion New Building Canada Plan (NBCP). Since 2014, this $14-billion Fund has been supporting projects of national, regional and local significance that promote economic growth, job creation and productivity. … The objective of this evaluation was to assess the extent to which the NBCF addressed provincial, territorial and municipal (PTMs) infrastructure needs, the effectiveness of its design and delivery, and the efficiency of the program. This evaluation covered a three-year period from the Fund's inception in 2014-2015 to 2016-2017.
