"The Opportunities Fund for Persons with Disabilities is designed to fill gaps in federal support for those who are not eligible for Employment Insurance or training under Employment Insurance Part II. To ensure that these individuals can access the assistance needed when trying to integrate or re-integrate into the labour market, the Program supports a range of projects delivered by third-party organizations. These projects include a range of interventions that provide training, wage subsidies, employment assistance services, and work experience"--Page [1].
