"The objective of the audit was to assess the award and administration of contracts for nursing services in Northern Manitoba for compliance with Government of Canada contracting policies and regulations. The audit scope included nursing services contracts that were awarded in Northern Manitoba from November 1, 2012 to July 2014. The audit was conducted in accordance with the Internal Auditing Standards for the Government of Canada and the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Audit.
