"The evaluation of Transport Canada’s support for the Canadian Transportation Research Forum (CTRF) Scholarship Program was conducted to assess the Program’s relevance and performance, as required by the Financial Administration Act and the Treasury Board Policy on Evaluation. Transport Canada provides an annual contribution to the CTRF to support scholarships for transportation sector research. The objective is to encourage transportation research in Canada and support capacity building in the sector"--Executive summary, page 1.
