"This Five Nations Multi-Species Fishery Management Plan (2023/24 FMP) covers the period April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024, with an extension to June 30, 2024 while the Government of Canada and the Five Nations complete the ratification process for the 2024 Incremental Reconciliation Agreement for Fishery Resources. Once this agreement is ratified, a new Annual Fishing Plan will be developed to replace the 2023/24 FMP"--Preamble, page 14.
