"In accordance with the Departmental Evaluation Plan, an evaluation of two Trans Mountain Expansion (TMX) accommodation measures, the Salish Sea Initiative (SSI) and the Aquatic Habitat Restoration Fund (AHRF), was conducted by Fisheries and Oceans Canada's (DFO) Evaluation Division. The evaluation complies with the Treasury Board Policy on Results and meets the obligations of the Financial Administration Act"--Overview, page 3.
