"In November 2023, the Canadian Institutes of Health Research's (CIHR) Institute of Neurosciences, Mental Health and Addiction (CIHR-INMHA) hosted an end-of-grant workshop bringing together researchers, policy makers, health care providers, people with lived and living experience, and other knowledge users to engage in discussion, foster cross-disciplinary collaborations, and mobilize new knowledge to inform policies and practices to reduce alcohol-related harms in Canada. This report comprises a synthesis of the evidence presented by the research teams at the end-of-grant workshop and the diverse knowledge user perspectives shared during a panel reflections and discussion session"--Introduction, overview, page [3].
