520 |a"The purpose of this paper is to obtain the views of Interested parties within Canada on issues related to the preparation of Canadian proposals and the development of positions for the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) Region 2 (the Americas) Administrative Radio Conference for the planning of the broadcasting-satellite service in the 12 GHz band, and associated feeder links (RARC 1983-BS), which will be held for five weeks starting June 13, 1983.
