"This report presents the findings of the evaluation of the Canadian Space Agency (CSA)’s European Space Agency Contribution Program (ESA-CP). The primary purpose of the ESA-CP is to allow Canadian entities, predominantly the Canadian space industry, to participate in space missions and activities undertaken by the European Space Agency (ESA). The evaluation covers a five-year period, from April 1st, 2013 to March 31st, 2018, and examines the relevance and performance of the ESA-CP"--Executive Summary, page iv.
