"The Audit of Sentence Management was conducted as part of the Correctional Service Canada (CSC) 2020-2022 Evergreen Risk-Based Audit Plan. The overall objectives of this audit were to provide assurance that: a management framework is in place to support effective sentence management; and sentence structures are accurately calculated and reviewed in accordance with current and historical legislative provisions.
